Memory structure of cylinders and keys
Cylinder:
1,000 authorised individual keys, key groups* and/or programming keys (C-keys) can be stored in the cylinder memory at a time. *Maximum 65.535 keys in each group.
3,000 individual keys can be stored in a black list. Black listing of individual keys is only needed if the black listed key belongs to a key group that is programmed in the cylinder.
500 audit trails.
10 audit trails from CLIQ keys belonging to another keying system.
Normal user key:
1,000 audit trails.
10 audit trails from CLIQ cylinders belonging to another keying system.
Dynamic user key:
1,000 audit trails.
10 audit trails from CLIQ cylinders belonging to another keying system.
1,500 authorised cylinders.
C-key:
400 CLIQ cylinder programming tasks can be stored on the key.
1,500 audit trails can be read at the time.
Master C-key:
400 CLIQ cylinder programming tasks can be stored on the key.
1,500 audit trails can be read at the time.
Normal CLIQ Connect user key:
1,000 audit trails.
10 audit trails from CLIQ cylinders belonging to another keying system.
Dynamic CLIQ Connect user key:
1,000 audit trails.
10 audit trails from CLIQ cylinders belonging to another keying system.
800 authorised cylinders.
Time functions
CLIQ keys have a clock and calendar feature.
A CLIQ key can be programmed to be; always active, active between certain dates or inactive.
It is also possible to set a weekly operation schedule to the key. The calendar allows the administrator to specify up to 32 time periods where the key is granted access throughout the week. Cylinder specific time periods can be programmed in the key. The key can for instance be programmed to open all cylinders Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM except for one (or more) cylinder(s) which can only be opened on Saturdays.
The clock has an accuracy of minimum +/- 1 minute per month.
Wall PD
Wall PD is a remote programming device that can program CLIQ keys over an Internet or LAN connection. Wall PDs are typically mounted onto a wall where the key holders easily can update their keys.
Specifications:
RJ45 connection to Ethernet, can be powered over Ethernet (PoE)
Power supply: 12-24V AC or DC 2W
Power supply PoE: 42-57 V DC referral to standard IEEE 802.3af
CLIQ Reader
CLIQ reader is a device used when controlling electrical devices like electrical lock cases, elevators etc. The operation is similar to a CLIQ cylinder except that the key is not turned. The CLIQ reader contains of two parts, an escutcheon which is the visible part and the electronics which is placed in a secure location. The parts are connected with an electrical wire.
CLIQ Readers can also be used as an extension to a Wall PD. The CLIQ Reader can then be located outdoors while the Wall PD is located on the inside of the wall. This solution makes it possible to update CLIQ keys via a Wall PD from an outdoor location.
Specifications:
Power input 12-24 VDC -10 / +15%
Power consumption 60mA
Relay load max. 0.8A 30V AC/DC resist 20W
Maximum length of the wire between the escutcheon and the electronics is 1 meter. The wire should be cut to the proper length. The wire cannot be extended.
Electronic security of CLIQ keys and cylinders
The communication between the cylinder and key is encrypted using a 128-bits AES encryption. The data stored in the keys and cylinders is also encrypted.
All data transferred from the factory to the End User's database and further on via a programming device and a programming key (C-key) to a CLIQ cylinder or key is encrypted as well.
